Mood Board
The things I have chosen for my horror mood board that scare me are looking through a window at night, blood, rats, feet, dark alleyways at night, graveyards, hillbillies and spiders. I feel that for location, long alleyways and looking outside windows at night give a thrilling atmosphere as anything could creep or pop out at any time. Also, graveyards and forests give a chilling feeling as they are isolated and very quiet. Any noise you here (espically at night) you feel that someone is near. I think blood and gore also gives a good effect, most horrors use them as it most people are scared of it. Creep is a good example were rats are used, it shows you lots of rats when the killer is near which makes it more creepy. And lastly, every film I have watched with hillbillies in it like Wrong Turn and The Hills Have Eyes they scare me everytime.
